How the six weeks run
The same loop, three times over, until the thing is finished and in use.

Cut the project down to the smallest version that is genuinely useful. Most half-built things stall because the scope quietly grew, so week one is about deciding what ships and what waits.

Build live, with in-room support through the awkward last 20 percent: the auth, the error handling, the edge cases, the deploy. That is the part that kills projects, and it is the part you are not left alone with.

Put it in front of actual users and actual workflows. Real data breaks assumptions in ways a demo never will, and there is still time on the clock to fix what breaks.
The cadence: one live working session a week, a fixed office-hours slot you can bring anything to, and 4 to 6 focused hours a week at your own keyboard.

The application is nine questions about the thing you are trying to finish. It takes about 10 minutes.

Place the $2,000 USD refundable deposit
The deposit holds one of the six seats while we read the application. It is refunded in full if we do not accept you, or if you withdraw before the fit call.

Take the fit call
A short call to confirm the project is a six-week finish and that the cohort is the right room for it. If it is not, we say so.
- 4
Pay the $1,999 USD balance
The balance is due only after the fit call confirms the fit. Nothing is charged beyond the deposit before that.
