What I believe about AI

Most owners I meet feel behind on AI and want it in the business now. The useful work is narrower than that: find the step that costs the most time, decide honestly whether AI helps there, and build the smallest thing that removes it. A person approves anything before it writes to your CRM, accounting or inventory.
